Pacific Voices, a distinguished choral organization in Abbotsford, B.C., seeks a Youth Divisions Manager to oversee the administrative and organizational needs of the Resonate, Summit and Elevate divisions. This contract role (15 hours/week) involves supervising facilities and rehearsals, coordinating events and tours, and assisting with fundraisers while maintaining records, communicating with families, and ensuring smooth operations. This position requires a heart for youth and enjoyment and skill in planning international travel. The Youth Divisions Manager works alongside the Children Divisions Manager and reports to the Artistic Director.

The ideal candidate will align with our mission of musical excellence and community engagement. The Youth Divisions Manager is expected to embody the choir’s vision and mission, demonstrate a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and interact with respect, professionalism, and confidentiality.
