    About the Role

    Pacific Voices is seeking a highly organized, people-focused professional to join our team as Manager, Internal Communications & Member Experience. This role is central to ensuring a cohesive, welcoming, and well-coordinated experience for choir members, families, volunteers, and staff. The Manager leads internal communications, member services, volunteer engagement, and participant-focused logistics for rehearsals, events, tours, and programs. Working closely with the Executive and Artistic Director and office staff, this position helps strengthen internal systems, improve member satisfaction, and ensure operational excellence across the organization.

    Qualifications

    • Commitment to the mission, vision, and Christian foundation of Pacific Voices

    • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Arts Administration, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in member services, communications, event coordination, or volunteer management

    • Strong interpersonal skills, writing ability, and customer-service mindset

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite, plus collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Meet)

    • Experience with membership databases and communication platforms preferred

    • Ability to work evenings/weekends for concerts, events, and tours as required

    • Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector screening required.

    About the Role

    Pacific Voices is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as Executive Assistant to the Executive Director. This role provides high-level administrative, operational, and communications support to ensure the effective leadership and day-to-day functioning of the organization. Working closely with the Executive Director, the Executive Assistant helps coordinate executive priorities, Board relations, artistic and organizational planning, and internal and external communications. This position plays a key role in ensuring information flows smoothly across the organization, timelines are met, and administrative systems support excellence in programming, member experience, and community engagement.

    Qualifications

    • Commitment to the mission, vision, and Christian foundation of Pacific Voices

    • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

    • Minimum three (3) years of experience in an executive assistant, administrative, or coordination role, preferably within a nonprofit, arts, or faith-based organization

    • Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills with high attention to detail

    • Demonstrated ability to support senior leadership with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite, along with collaboration tools such as Teams, Zoom, or Meet

    • Experience coordinating communications, meetings, and organizational documentation

    • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends in support of rehearsals, concerts, meetings, and events

    • Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector screening required
